3. Quotations

All quotations provided by GANUNATHA:

  • Are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.

  • Are subject to product availability.

  • May change due to market price fluctuations, supplier revisions, taxes, freight charges, or customization requirements.

  • Do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by GANUNATHA.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Final product specifications are approved.

  • Artwork (if applicable) is approved.

  • Required advance payment is received.

  • GANUNATHA confirms acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

5. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may exclude:

  • GST

  • Shipping charges

  • Branding charges

  • Artwork modifications

  • Packaging upgrades

  • Installation (if applicable)

Applicable taxes will be added at checkout or in the final quotation.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Advance payment may be required before production begins.

  • The balance payment must be completed before dispatch.

  • Orders may be delayed if payment is not received on time.

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, UPI, payment gateways, or other approved methods.

7. Product Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to stock availability.

In the event a product becomes unavailable, GANUNATHA may:

  • Offer a comparable alternative.

  • Revise the delivery timeline.

  • Provide a refund for the unavailable item if no suitable alternative is accepted.

8. Product Images & Descriptions

Product images are for illustration purposes only.

Minor variations are not considered defects.

9. Customized & Personalized Products

Once artwork is approved, GANUNATHA is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design errors approved by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they own or have legal permission to use all submitted:

  • Trademarks

  • Brand names

  • Artwork

  • Images

  • Copyrighted material

GANUNATHA shall not be liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided materials.

11. Production Timelines

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith.

Delivery schedules may change due to:

  • Supplier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Force majeure events

  • Customer approval delays

12. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address or upon handover to the logistics partner, unless otherwise agreed.

Customers should inspect shipments upon receipt and notify GANUNATHA promptly if packages are visibly damaged or incomplete.

13. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production or procurement begins.

Once production, printing, engraving, embroidery, or personalization has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative or processing charges.

14. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of corporate gifting, personalized or branded products are generally not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law or where products are defective or supplied incorrectly.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify GANUNATHA within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and supporting details.

Approved claims will be resolved through replacement, repair, credit, or refund at our discretion.

15. Warranty

Unless specifically stated, products are supplied without any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable).

Natural wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

16. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:
